Established by Bob "Livewire" Lindskog, all apartments which L.F.I. manages are privately owned by the company. We currently rent apartments in Marin and Sonoma Counties with buildings in: - Mill Valley - Rohnert Park - San Rafael L.F.I. is a member of the California Apartment Association, and its North Bay Chapter, the San Rafael Chamber of Commerce and is an active NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers) participant. L.FI.'s Property Manager has a C.C.R.M. designation.
